Welcome to the Dzrto app! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our app and services. By accessing or using Dzrto, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Use of the App
- Dzrto provides an online platform for ordering cakes, desserts, and related products.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Dzrto is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account details.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders placed through Dzrto are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in EGP and include applicable taxes.
- Payments can be made through accepted methods listed in the app.
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible, except under the refund policy.
4. Delivery Policy
- Orders are delivered within 6th of October City and Sheikh Zayed City.
- Delivery times vary based on order type:
- Regular orders: 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Special orders: Custom delivery times are confirmed at checkout.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, high order volumes) do not entitle users to refunds unless Dzrto fails to fulfill the order.
5. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Refunds or exchanges are only available for damaged products.
- Customers must submit a request within one hour of delivery, including a recorded video showing the unopened package.
- Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions
Users must not:
- Misuse the app, disrupt its functionality, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the app.
- Violate intellectual property rights associated with Dzrto.
Dzrto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, trademarks, logos, and materials within the app are the property of dzrto.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information is collected, used, and stored per our Privacy Policy.
- We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Modifications to Terms
- Dzrto reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Updates will be posted on the app and take immediate effect.
- Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
