1. Refund / Exchange Eligibility
- Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged upon delivery.
- Evidence Requirements: If you suspect a damaged product, please record a short demonstration video (before opening the package) and contact customer service immediately.
- Order Replacement: If the product is delivered damaged, we will immediately replace it with a similar product or provide direct compensation, to ensure your complete satisfaction.
2. Timeline
Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within one hour of receiving the order. After this period, the order will no longer be eligible for returns.
3. Request Processing
Once your claim is verified, the refund or exchange will be processed within a reasonable time using the original payment method.
